So, I took my last 10mg dose on Saturday morning. My weight loss over the last month or two has slowed significantly, fluctuating by a few kilograms but still showing a downward trend.

I decided, as prices have calmed down a bit at many places (provided you hunt around every month), that I would increase to 12.5mg for a month. My goal is to try and move past this plateau and reach my target weight. After that, I am going to start reducing my dose month by month and see how I do, but I'm hoping my new diet, while not perfect, will stick with me.

I still eat significantly fewer carbs and sugar (about 80% less or more) than I used to. In fact, this is what helped me lose my first 10kg, making me see it was possible. However, I gradually put it back on as my relationship with food wasn't great, and I started eating unhealthy foods again.

Mounjaro has been a life saver in this respect – I experience so few food cravings, and the ability to say no is just lovely. My portion sizes have reduced a lot as well, something I will have to remain conscious of as I come off Mounjaro, but my stomach definitely can't hold what it used to.

I've contacted Juniper (top of the list for prices on Monj) explaining my situation, and I'm just waiting to hear if they've accepted me.

I expect many of you are probably doing or considering many of the same things I am currently. Don't be afraid to share! I don't collect ANY data and would love to hear others' opinions on how it's going for you. I started the blog partly because I wanted to remain anonymous, which is why I don't take details 🙂
